Leadership Opportunity: Submit Your Nomination for Our Board of Directors
It’s that time of year again! Our annual Board of Directors election process is beginning, and we’re calling on you to participate. As per our bylaws, the Nomination Committee is inviting all members to submit their nominations for the board. This is a fantastic opportunity to get more involved with the Chamber and help shape its future.
If you know someone who would make an excellent addition to our leadership team, please submit their name and qualifications for consideration. We believe that a diverse and dedicated Board of Directors is essential for the continued growth and success of our organization.

To hear from a few more members, we have reopened our survey. If you didn’t get a chance to respond the first time, here’s your chance. The survey features checkboxes and multiple-choice questions and will take less than 3 minutes to complete.
Top 3 survey insights so far:
- 47% of respondents would like to see improvements in candidates’ communication skills, highlighting an opportunity for skill development.
- 42% believe there’s room for growth in employees’ professionalism and work ethics, encouraging us to explore training programs and initiatives to strengthen these areas.
- 42% expressed interest in participating in a Chamber Member workforce roundtable or focus group, demonstrating a strong desire to collaborate and engage with fellow members to address workforce challenges.
