Advocacy, Information and Access
The San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, through the work of our Public Policy Committee, Board of Directors and President/CEO, is a strong advocate for business, keeping an eye out for issues that impact the business community and giving our membership a voice and access to decision makers.
In addition, the San Ramon Chamber has a representative on both the City of San Ramon Transportation Advisory Committee and the City of San Ramon newly formed Climate Action Plan Citizens’ Task Force.
The San Ramon Chamber is a member of the California Chamber of Commerce (also known as CalChamber) whose mission it is to serve as an advocate and resource for California employers and to engage in other activities, domestically and internationally, that enhance the California economy and make the state a better place to live, work and do business.
Our newly formed Workforce Development Committee is working hard to strategize on ways the San Ramon Chamber can effectively and positively enhance workforce and economic development in our city and region.
Through our Fourth Friday Roundtables, the San Ramon Chamber connects our members, the greater business community and the community-at-large with important issues, information, thought leaders and decision makers.
