Business Visibility and Promotion Chamber Members have several ways to promote their business to other Chamber Members.

New for 2008 - Farmer's Market Booth
Chamber Members can rent the Chamber's booth at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays beginning May 3rd through November 29th.

The booth is available throughout the duration of the 2008 Farmer's Market at Forest Home Farms. The Market is open 9:00 to 1:00 every Saturday beginning May 3rd. The booth rental fee is $100.00 and is available to Chamber Members only-- on a first come basis. The fee is payable to the Chamber prior to renting the booth and can be paid via credit card or by check. Call Kat at 242-0600 to reserve your Saturday!!!

Rental Details

  • No product(s) can be sold -- only free information/literature can be passed out.
  • Chamber members can provide a raffle, give away or a chance to win.
  • The Chamber will provide a table, 2 chairs and a canopy that will be stored at Forest Home Farms. Members renting the space are responsible for set up, take down and putting away the equipment.
  • Two businesses or non-profits may use the space together as long as both businesses agree to sharing the space and splitting the fees.
  • All parties must sign the Farmer's Market agreement prior to renting the space. Forms are available at the Chamber office.

New for 2008 - Playing Card Advertising This year you will have the opportunity to advertise your business with an ad or a coupon on a deck of cards. One thousand copies will be made and distributed at 2008 events as well as all newcomer kits. Only 52 cards will be sold for 2008. Don't miss your chance for some great exposure. Chamber Directory: It is now time for the new 2007-2008 Chamber Directory to be published. If you are interested in advertising opportunities, please view the flyer attached at the bottom of this page, or call the Chamber at (925)242-0600.

Referrals: We only refer people and businesses to current Chamber Members.

Monthly Flyers: Every month members can submit business or informational flyers to be mailed to the 900+ individual Chamber Members and companies.

Advertise in the Bi-Monthly Newsletter: Our new SRV Biz Link newsletter not only goes to Chamber Members but is also sent to the 3,500+ business licensees in the City of San Ramon. It is the most economic way to get your business name and message in front of potential clients. It’s a great way to be seen and support the Chamber. Contact the Chamber for rates.

Sponsor an Event: As an event sponsor, your business will receive exposure in print, radio, and TV adverting (depending on the event). We have four main events every year as well as the opportunity to sponsor the monthly luncheons, sponsor the newsletter and the trip to China.

Have a Booth at an Expo: Several times a year, we have seminars and workshops where members showcase their businesses. It is an opportunity for you to network with other members and display your business to the attendees.

Host a Mixer: On the third Thursday of every month, the Chamber holds an After Hours Mixer for the benefit of the membership. This is a very popular monthly event and it is a great way for members to get to know your business.

Place Flyers/Business Cards in the Chamber Offices: We have several bookcases in the Chamber Offices that are dedicated to brochures and business cards from Chamber members. The Chamber is very often the first place people stop when they are thinking about moving to the area. Placement of your brochures and business cards gives you first exposure to these individuals.

Chamber Map: The Chamber map is a great way to advertise your business. We print over 10,000 copies and give them out to new residents, people visiting the City for a meeting, etc.
